5. Earnings statements made by the MLM company must be truthful and accurate.
6. Members must not engage in spamming or other unsolicited marketing practices.
7. The MLM company must have a clear refund policy for its products and services.
8. The MLM company must provide adequate training and support to its members.
9. Any disputes between the MLM company and its members must be resolved through arbitration.
10. The MLM company reserves the right to terminate membership for violation of these terms and conditions.
